Why choose Premier Rentals Tenerife?

We are the only hire company to be contracted to and recommended by all leading tour operators including Thomson Holidays, First Choice, Star Tour, Finnmatkat, Fritidrsesor World of TUI and over 50 hotels. You can rest assured and know you are in safe hands with Premier Rentals. We are a fully legal and insured company.

What is your minimum order amount?

We have no minimum order, all our items include free delivery.

Do you need same day delivery?

All orders placed through our website require a minimum of 48 hours before delivery. If you would like same day delivery then please contact us via phone or email on our Contact Page to arrange this directly. Orders placed on the website requiring same day delivery cannot be guaranteed and will be cancelled as per our Terms & Conditions.

Is your equipment cleaned before hire

Absolutely. It is a top priority of ours to ensure every item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and inspected before delivery.

When will I receive my items?

Once we have received your booking and have all your details, we will send you a conformation email to confirm your order. Upon your arrival to Tenerife we will call you approximately 1hour after your flight has landed and arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you. We will monitor your flight arrival time with our direct link to the airport arrival information.

We're do we deliver?

We deliver to all parts of the south of Tenerife including from El Medano to Los Gigantes (This includes Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Adeje, Torviscas, Puerto Santiago, Playa Paraiso Callao Salvaje) . Sorry but we do not deliver to the north of the island this includes Puerto de la cruz and Santa Cruz.

Can we have our items delivered and collect at the airport?

Yes. This is not a problem, again we will monitor your flight information and meet you when you arrive at the main arrival hall. One of our team will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on.

What if my flight arrival is delayed?

Don't worry we will monitor your flight arrival time and adjust your delivery time accordingly.

Do you charge for delivery and collection of hire items?

No - all of our prices include delivery and collection.

When do I pay for my hire items?

For your peace of mind you only pay for your hire items when we deliver, set up and demonstrate your equipment and you are completely happy. There is no need to pre-pay for your items online

Is there any discount available on multiple hire items?

Yes, spend more than 50€ (excluding Air Conditioning units) and you will receive a 20% discount.

What if there is a problem with my hire items?

If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your hire items please let us know straight away and we will endeavor to resolve the problem or replace your hire items straight away. All known faults must be reported within 24 hours.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is split into three categories: 1-7 days, 8-10 days and 10-14 days rental. Choose the amount of time you wish to hire your rental equipment, so for example of you hire a Fan for 7 days the price will be 20 euros plus a 10 euros deposit. For a 14 day hire of a Fan the price will be 30 euros plus a 10 euros deposit. The price you see is for the whole week, not per day. Sorry but we do not have daily pricing structure.

Price promise guarantee

If you see the same product being offered else were by any other legal hire company In tenerife .Then let us know and we will price match the item(s).

Do you require any ID?

Yes. On delivery we need to see your passport for identification purposes, if you have not already done so we also require your flight return itinerary so we can give you an accurate collection time at the end of your holiday. At no time do we keep any of the above information as it is only for identification purposes.
